Machining and boring (large dimensions)

Machining with the use of conventional and CNC machines. We also provide a boring service for large dimensions.

Application of non-flammable coatings

We have the appropriate technological facilities (technology and paint shop) for the application of specialized fire-fighting paints (up to 6 layers of painting).

Sheet metal cutting

Cutting metal sheets with the use of a plasma-gas cutter equipped with a table with dimensions of 2000 x 6000 mm and a head for bevelling.

Welding any steel constructions and aluminium welding

Certificate of Conformity of Welding Processes with the quality requirements in welding meeting the requirements of PN-EN ISO 3834-2: 2007. Highly qualified staff with certificates of PN-EN ISO 14731 and PN-EN ISO 9606. We perform NDT tests (PN-EN ISO 9712) and have specialist NDT certificates. We weld using the following methods:

MAG 135, MIG 136, TIG 141
Covered electrode 111 and gas method 311

Applying paint coatings

Paint coating in a painting and drying booth with the dimensions 14m x 3.9m x 2.9m by spraying with airless spraying device – it is possible to paint elements of large dimensions – it has a drying function (temp. up to 80°C), which shortens painting to a large extent, and at the same time improves the quality of the paint coating.

Assembly of pressure installations and equipment

We make industrial hydraulic, pneumatic and heating installations in accordance with the documentation provided by the client. We create solutions tailored to individual customer needs. We manufacture pressure vessels in accordance with the requirements of Directive 2014/68 / EU implemented into Polish law by the Regulation of the Minister of Development of July 11, 2016 on requirements for pressure equipment and pressure equipment sets (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1036).
